摘要
对尿素装置高压甲铵洗涤器调温水余热、供热装置锅炉给水除氧所需热能进行了统计分析,设计出用供热锅炉给水回收高压甲铵洗涤器余热的流程,并就该回收方案的可行性进行了分析、评估。
This article uses statistics analyses of heat total consumption between tempering water waste heat consumption of Urea High Pressure Ammonium Carbamate Scrubber and heat volume of demand of boiler feed-water Deaerator,based on Urea application and heating application actual situation,the process to collect scrubber waste heat to heat boiler feed-wate was designed,the feasibility of this receovery process was analyzed and estimated.
