摘要
矿山提升机是矿产企业日常生产的重要工具,在煤炭以及有色金属开采中能够发挥着重要的作用。它有效地降低了矿山作业的难度,使得人工操作的失误率降低,大幅度提升了生产效率。针对矿山提升机的现状,介绍了自动化改造的必要性和优势。通过对矿山提升机的工作原理和控制系统进行分析,提出了自动化改造方案,介绍了其中的关键技术。实践证明了自动化改造方案的有效性和可行性。
Mine hoists are important tools for daily production in mining enterprises.They can play an important role in coal and non-ferrous metal mining,effectively reducing the difficulty of mining operations,gradually reducing the error rate of manual operations,and greatly improving production efficiency.Based on this,the article introduces the necessity and advantages of automation transformation for the current situation of mine hoists.By analyzing the working principle and control system of mine hoists,an automation transformation plan is proposed,and key technologies are introduced.the effectiveness and feasibility of the automation transformation plan have been proven through practice.
