摘要
介绍了甲醇合成装置的正常停车步骤,对甲醇合成催化剂停车过程中存在的风险进行了实例分析,对停车置换操作进行了探讨并提出了改进建议,以便有效规避催化剂钝化时超温和停车过程中催化剂性能下降的风险。
This paper mainly introduces the normal shutdown procedure of methanol synthesis device,analyzes the risks existing in the shutdown process of methanol synthesis catalyst,discusses the device replacement operation and puts forward improvement suggestions,so as to effectively avoid the risk of catalyst performance decline during the catalyst-passivation over temperature and the device shutdown process.
