摘要
学生资助工作的基础作用在于“助人”,终极目标在于“育人”,将社会主义核心价值观有效融入学生资助工作,有利于实现“三结合”“三贴近”和“三带动”,让社会主义核心价值观的培育有抓手、有温度、有实效。从把握“两个规律”、抓好“三个全面”、梳理“四个关系”的融入思路着手,提出推进资助从事务性工作到强化学生思想引领的跨越转变、打造以社会主义核心价值观为导向的发展型资助精品项目、建立将价值观培育纳入资助绩效考评的机制等实现路径,提升社会主义核心价值观的教育实效性。
The basic function of student assistance work lies in funding students,while the ultimate goal of it is educating people.Integrating the Core Socialist Values into the student assistance work is benefit to achieve “three integration” “three close” and “three promotion”,which makes the process of fostering the Values become grounded,acceptable,and practical.The implementation way is put forward from “two rules” “three comprehensiveness” and “four relationship”,including transforming the student assistance work from a routine work into a kind of education in ideology,creating sustainable assistance projects guided by the Core Socialist Values,and building a evaluation system where the cultivation of Values are involved in the evaluation for assistance work.
