摘要
基于全生命周期理论,以位于内蒙古西部额济纳旗某草原民居为例,建立了建筑全生命周期增量成本与增量收益计算模型。同时,选取了建筑保温材料厚度、窗户类型、附加阳光间、小型风力发电机功率等影响因素,开展了建筑节能改造的节能成本与收益影响因素研究。结果表明:草原民居采用EPS保温材料,附加阳光间选择双层low-e中空玻璃,外窗选择普通双层玻璃,光伏板面积6 m^(2)、小型风力发电机功率为2000 W时,草原民居有较好的节能效果和增量效益。研究结果可为居民制定经济性合理的内蒙古西部草原民居节能技术方案提供参考。
Based on the theory of the whole life cycle,this paper takes a grassland dwelling in Ejina Banner,western Inner Mongolia as an example,and establishes a calculation model of the incremental cost and incremental benefit of the whole life cycle of the building.At the same time,the influencing factors such as thickness of building thermal insulation material,window type,additional sun room,and power of small wind turbines were selected,and the research on the influencing factors of energy-saving cost and benefit of building energy-saving renovation was carried out.The results show that the grassland dwellings use EPS thermal insulation materials,double-layer low-e insulating glass is selected for the additional sunlight room,ordinary double-layer glass is selected for the external windows,the photovoltaic panel area is 6m 2,and the power of the small wind turbine is 2000 W,the grassland dwellings have better performance.Energy saving and incremental benefits.The research results can provide a reference for residents to formulate economical and reasonable energy-saving technical solutions for the grassland dwellings in western Inner Mongolia.
