单宁酸掺杂水泥基胶凝材料性能的研究进展

摘要 随着城市化进程加快,水泥作为主要的建筑材料被广泛使用,但水泥生产属于环境污染型、资源密集型产业。为了实现碳达峰、碳中和目标,使用外加剂或掺合料提高水泥性能是重要措施。其中,有机化学外加剂为提高水泥浆体工作性能发挥了重要作用,但活泼的化学特性使其与未水化的水泥颗粒相互作用,严重延缓水泥水化,大幅降低水泥石强度,难以广泛应用。结合国内外有机外加剂掺杂水泥基胶凝材料性能及缓凝剂作用机理的研究现状,指出了天然有机物尤其是单宁酸用于水泥基胶凝材料在目前研究中存在的问题以及未来研究方向。 As the process of urbanization accelerates,cement,as a major building material,is widely used.However,cement production is an environmentally polluting and resource-intensive industry.In order to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,it is essential to improve cement performance using admixtures or blended materials.Among them,Organic chemical admixtures play a crucial role in improving the workability of ce ment paste,but their reactive chemical nature causes interactions with unhydrated cement particles,severely delaying cement hydration and significantly reducing the strength of cementitious materials,making them difficult to apply widely.This article reviews the current research status of organic admixtures and cementitious materials both domestically and internationally,and points out the present issues and future research directions of natural organic substances,especially tannic acid,for cementitious materials.
