基于高温永久变形分析的宁杭高速剩余服务年限研究

摘要 对宁杭高速路面剩余服务年限进行研究,基于路面现场检测结果以及路面材料汉堡车辙和动态蠕变试验结果,对原沥青路面开展深层次性能评估。研究表明:原路面流变次数指数评价等级均为A级,高温稳定性较好;典型断面2024年路面车辙分别达到10.25、10.07 mm,超过10 mm养护阈值。在2026年累计车辙深度达到11、10.75 mm,应尽快采用养护措施。研究结果对于合理选择养护时机、延长路面使用寿命、降低道路寿命周期养护成本,实现路面性能目标和成本效益最大化,具有重要的意义。 In order to study the remaining service life of the pavement of Ning-Hang Expressway,this paper carries out a deep-level performance evaluation of the original asphalt pavement based on the pavement field inspection results and the results of pavement material Hamburg rutting and dynamic creep tests.The study shows that:the original pavement rheological number index evaluation grade are A grade with good high temperature stability;the pavement rutting in typical sections reach 10.25mm and 10.07mm respectively in 2024,exceeding the 10 mm maintenance threshold.In 2026,the accumulated rutting depth reaches 11mm and 10.75mm,and maintenance measures should be applied as soon as possible.The results of the study are important for the rational selection of maintenance timing,prolonging pavement service life,reducing road life cycle maintenance costs,and maximizing pavement performance goals and cost effectiveness.
