摘要 为了加深对常见于炼油和石油化工及其他化工企业中多区段换热器基本结构的认识,结合一系列典型案例总结了各种结构,包括换热功能为主的多区换热器与多段多联换热器等4种类型,对每一类又基于区段结构的组合方式、是否可拆及设备整体的安装等特点进行了细分。在此基础上讨论了一体多区段换热器的概念,概括了一些相关特点,包括实现区段分隔的硬结构件技术和出口引流的软技术等。最后提出了一些技术问题和发展方向。 In order to deepen the understanding of the basic structure of multi-zone heat exchangers commonly used in oil refining,petrochemical industry and other chemical industries,a series of typical cases were combined to summarize various structures,including four types of multi-zone heat exchangers which multi-section multi-connection heat exchangers with main heat exchange function,etc.The characteristics of each type are subdivided,such as the combination method based on the section structure,whether it can be detachable and the overall installation of the equipment.On this basis,the concept of multizone-in-one shell heat exchanger is discussed,to summarize some relevant characteristics including the hard component technology to achieve section separation and the soft technology for outlet drainage,etc.Finally,some technical problems and development directions are put forward.
