摘要
硝化工艺属于典型的危险化工工艺,传统硝化工艺是在釜式反应器中进行反应,存在安全隐患,反应效率低,而微通道反应器较为安全高效且能实现连续化的合成方式,通过对实际案例剖析,阐述了硝化反应在设计时应考虑的主要事项,结合硝化反应的热风险分析数据,为硝化工艺本质安全设计提供指导。
Nitrification process is a typical hazardous chemical process.The traditional nitrification process is conducted in a batch reactor,which has potential safety hazards and low reaction efficiency.However,microchannel reactors are relatively safe,efficient,and can achieve continuous synthesis.Through the analysis of practical cases,the main considerations that should be considered in the design of nitrification reaction,Combined with the thermal risk analysis data of nitrification reaction,guidance is provided for the intrinsic safety design of nitrification process.
