摘要
主要针对发酵罐设计及发酵系统配置设计进行阐述,介绍系统构成及通常设计做法,对设计中重点及难点问题加以分析,并对当下热门的发酵工程自控及节能课题进行了探讨,以期加深相关技术人员对该类工程的了解,提升专业设计水平。
The main thesis for this paper elaborates on the design of fermenter and selection of fermentation configuration.It introduces the system composition and common design practices,analyzes the key and challenging issues in the design process,and discusses the trending topics of automatic control and energy saving in fermentation engineering.The aim is to deepen the understanding of relevant technical personnel in this field and enhance their professional design capabilities.
