摘要
通过刚果(金)三家企业铜萃余液提钴工艺工程实例,分析目前在提钴工艺生产技术方面存在的主要技术问题;针对所出现的共性问题,提出改进措施,为进一步稳定既有生产技术水平、持续改进提钴工艺生产技术,同时为企业节能降耗、提质增效,提供可靠而有力的技术支撑。
Through the engineering examples of extracting cobalt from copper raffinate from three enterprises in the Democratic Republic of Congo,the main technical problems existing in the production technology of extracting cobalt are analyzed;Aiming at the common problems encountered,improvement measures are proposed to further stabilize the existing production technology level,continuously improve the production technology of cobalt extraction process,and provide reliable and powerful technical support for energy conservation,consumption reduction,quality improvement,and efficiency enhancement for enterprises.
