团簇花状MgO吸附甲基蓝的性能研究

摘要 以菱镁矿和(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)焙烧处理得到的硫酸镁浸出液为原料,氨水为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备花球状Mg(OH)_(2),经煅烧得到团簇花状MgO。采用XRD、SEM、BET分析手段对MgO进行了表征,并考察了MgO对甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明:MgO具有特殊的形貌提供了高比表面积达117.20 m^(2)·g^(-1)。在吸附实验中,吸附在10 min达到平衡;吸附符合拟二阶动力学模型,等温线模型符合Langmuir模型;在20℃时最大吸附容量可达740.74 mg·g^(-1)。 Using magnesite and(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) as raw material and ammonia as precipitant,the flowered globular Mg(OH)_(2) was prepared by hydrothermal method,the flowered MgO was obtained by calcination.MgO was characterized by XRD,SEM and BET analysis,and the adsorption property of MgO to methyl blue was investigated.The results show that MgO has a special morphology and provides a high specific surface area of 117.20 m^(2)·g^(-1).In the adsorption experiment,the adsorption reached equilibrium in 10 min.The adsorption conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic model,and the isotherm model conformed to the Langmuir model.The maximum adsorption capacity was 740.74 mg·g^(-1) at 20℃.
