摘要 介绍了HART和MODBUS两种通讯协议的智能仪表在化工试验装置的应用。中海油材科院青岛基地有多套工业化试验装置及各类中试装置,由于是试验装置,试验方案经常变换,原料、产品随之变化。在此情况下,常规仪表很难满足在线调整的需求。为满足数据提取,充分使用了带有HART和MODBUS通讯协议的智能仪表,通过与DCS的通讯,一表多用,实现了多参数的测量、监控,精准指导了试验过程,尤其是在国内首套溶剂脱碳组合装置的应用,对试验数据提取及试验结果评价起到了关键作用,确保了试验的成功,效果良好。 This paper introduces the application of HART and MODBUS smart instrument in chemical research devices.There are many sets of industrial research devices and various pilot research devices in Qingdao base of CNOOC Material Science Institute.Because it is a research device,the test plan is often changed,and raw materials and products change accordingly.In this case,it is difficult for conventional instruments to meet the needs of online adjustment.In order to meet the requirements of data extraction,smart instruments with HART and MODBUS communication protocols are fully used.Through communication with DCS,multi-meter is used to realize multi-parameter measurement and monitoring,and accurately guide the test process,especially the application of the first solvent decarbonization combination device in China,which plays a key role in test data extraction and test result evaluation.The experiment is successful and the effect is good.
