一种深海原位激光修复用气体流量控制阀设计与分析

摘要 深海原位激光修复可以实现重大深海设施的原位增材修复,具有重要的战略意义与广阔的应用前景。在分析深海原位激光修复用送粉系统工作原理的基础上,设计了一种水深自适应气体流量控制阀。通过海水压力的反馈与弹簧压缩量的调整,实现节流模块阀口压差的稳定控制,保证气体流量稳定;通过可变开度的节流模块,实现气体流量的连续调节。首先,对水深自适应气体流量控制阀的结构及工作原理进行详细设计;接着,对流量控制阀的减压模块阀芯进行静力平衡建模,揭示气体压力调节机制。对节流模块的阀口流量进行建模,说明流量调控原理;最后,开展仿真分析,研究水深自适应气体流量控制阀在激光熔覆过程中气体流量控制的稳定性以及气体流量的调控效果。开展流量控制阀在海水环境压力小范围变化与大范围变化时,气体流量变化的仿真分析。研究结果表明,设计的流量控制阀可以实现流量的连续稳定控制,在深海原位激光修复用送粉系统中具有明显的应用前景。 Deep sea in-situ laser repair technology has important strategic significance and broad application prospect for the in-situ additive repairing of deep-sea facilities.Based on the working principle of the powder feeding system used for deep-sea laser repairing,a water-depth adaptive gas flow control valve is designed.The differential pressure of the throttle valve port is steadily controlled and the stability of the gas flow is further ensured by using the seawater pressure feedback and the adjustment of spring compression.Moreover,based on the variable-area throttle,the gas flow is able to be continuously regulated.Firstly,the structure and working principle of water depth adaptive gas flow control valve are designed.Then,the force balance equation of the valve core of the pressure reduction module of the flow control valve is modeled to reveal the pressure regulation mechanism.Furthermore,the flow of the throttling control module is modeled to illustrate the principle of flow regulation.To study the stability and performance of gas flow regulation of the water-depth adaptive gas flow control valve in the process of laser cladding,the simulation analysis is carried out.Finally,the gas flow stability simulation analysis of the flow control valve is carried out under small-range and large-range water depth fluctuation.The research results show that continuous and stable gas flow control can be realized by the designed gas flow control valve.Hence,the designed gas flow control valve is applicable to the powder feeding system of deep sea in-situ laser repair.
