摘要
某型燃油电控调节器在试验中出现最大计量流量达不到技术要求的情况,针对该燃油泵调节器计量控制的工作原理进行分析,建立对应的产品故障树,根据故障树进行故障原因定位,并提出改进措施,通过下发试验工作证进行试验验证,解决了最大计量流量不足的问题。
In the case of a fuel pump regulator,the maximum metering flow rate does not meet the technical requirements during the test.The working principle of the fuel pump regulator metering control is analyzed,the corresponding product fault tree is established,an according to the fault tree,the fault reason is located,and the improvement measures are proposed.The test verification is carried out by issuing the test work certificate,and the problem of insufficient maximum metering flow rate is solved.
