液压伺服作动系统振动的仿真分析和实验验证

摘要 针对某型机液压伺服作动系统振动的问题,提出了增加薄壁孔改善系统稳定性的措施。首先,通过Simulink建立伺服作动系统仿真模型,分析系统在谐波与正弦信号输入下的振动情况;其次,在对薄壁孔的原理进行分析的基础上,建立其仿真模型,分析在不同的孔径下系统的稳定性及影响;最后,将该措施应用到某型机的系统中,获得满意的效果。同时验证了该措施的合理性与可行性,并具有一定的工程应用价值。 A measure of enhancementstabilityof hydraulic servo control system isproposed based on a question of the oscillation of servo system related to the aircraft.First,the simulation model of servo actuation system is developed based on Simulink,and the performance of oscillation for ramp and sine wave inputs is analyzed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the hole in theory,the model of hole is developed,and the stability and effect of servo control system is performed with the different hole diameter.Eventually,according to the data of the aircraft,the performance of the measure is satisfactory,and the measure is the feasibility and rationality of the method are verified,which have some effect on engineering application.
