基于人文关怀的心理护理干预对晚期肿瘤患者的影响

Impact of psychological nursing intervention based on humanistic care on patients with advanced tumours

目的 探讨基于人文关怀的心理护理干预对晚期肿瘤患者心理状态、癌症疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月收治的80例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受基于人文关怀的心理护理干预,比较两组患者心理状态、癌症疼痛、睡眠质量、生活质量、护理满意程度等。结果 基于人文关怀的心理护理干预后,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分、PFS-R评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 晚期肿瘤患者接受基于人文关怀的心理护理干预,能让其保持良好心态,更好地控制癌症疼痛,进而改善睡眠质量、生活质量,并对维持良好、积极的护患关系有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention based on humanistic care on psychological state,cancer pain and quality of life of advanced tumour patients.Methods 80 cases of advanced tumour patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,in accordance with the principle of comparability of basic information between groups.The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group received psychological nursing intervention based on humanistic care,the psychological state,cancer pain,sleep quality,quality of life,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the psychological nursing intervention based on humanistic care,the patient's Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Piper Fatigue Revision Scale(PFS-R)score of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The patient's VAS score and PFS-R score of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),the patient's score of Quality of Life Measurement Scale(QLQ-C30)of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The patient's degree of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on humanistic care for advanced tumour patients could keep the patients in a good state of mind,to control cancer pain better,and then improve sleep quality,quality of life and had a positive signifi cance in maintaining a good and positive nurse-patient relationship.
