技巧性护患沟通法对上消化道出血患者的护理效果

Effect of skillful nurse-patient communication method on nursing care of patients with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage

目的 探讨技巧性护患沟通法应用于上消化道出血患者的临床效果。方法 将2021年5月-2022年3月广东医科大学附属第二医院接受诊治的80例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象。按照组间基线资料可比的原则,分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、复发情况、焦虑抑郁评分、NRS评分以及护理满意度。结果 开展技巧性护患沟通护理后,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(72.50%),而复发率(5.00%)则低于对照组(20.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的SAS及SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者SAS及SDS评分均降低,但观察组患者的SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者NRS评分均降低,但观察组的NRS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施技巧性护患沟通护理的观察组患者对护理满意度为92.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 技巧性护患沟通法可以有效降低消化道出血患者的不良情绪,减轻其疼痛的感觉,改善患者治疗效果,降低复发情况,提高护理有效率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of skillful nurse-patient communication method applied to patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Eighty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment at the Second Affi liated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from May 2021 to March 2022 were taken as study subjects.According to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each group with 40 cases.The clinical therapeutic effects,recurrence,anxiety and depression scores,NRS scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After carrying out skillful nurse-patient communication nursing care,the clinical treatment effectiveness rate of patients in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.50%),while the relapse rate(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the differences were all statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Comparison of SAS and SDS scores of patients in the two groups before nursing care,the differences were not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05),after nursing intervention,SAS and SDS scores of patients in both groups were reduced,but SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Comparison of NRS scores of patients in the two groups before nursing care,the difference was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,NRS scores of patients in the two groups were reduced,but NRS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Skillful nurse-patient communication can effectively reduce the adverse emotions of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,reduce their pain,improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the recurrence of the situation,and improve the effi ciency of nursing care.
