Research on the Quality Evaluation of Grass-roots Party Building and Vocational Work Integration in Colleges and Universities

新时代背景下,高校基层党建与业务融合是高校高质量和创新发展的需要,其融合质量的科学评价关系到基层党建在高校中心工作中的作用发挥。参考社会融合理论研究构建从党建与业务融合的制度建设、组织建设、促进保障和工作考核四个方面进行定量考核的高校基层党建与业务融合质量评价指标体系,实践应用表明,量化的质量评价指标体系对促进实践创新能力培养具有很好的应用价值。

In the new era,the integration of grass-roots Party building and business in colleges and universities is the need for highquality and innovative development of colleges and universities.The scientific evaluation of its integration quality is related to the role of grass-roots party building in the central work of colleges and universities.With reference to the theoretical research of social integration,the quality evaluation index system of grass-roots party building and business integration in colleges and universities has been established,which carries out quantitative assessment from four aspects:system construction,organizational construction,promotion and guarantee,and work assessment.Practical applications have shown that a quantitative quality evaluation index system has great practical value in promoting the cultivation of practical innovation ability.
