以产业学院建设为抓手深化应用型本科院校新工科建设路径研究与实践——以西安航空学院现代信息技术产业学院为例

以新工科发展和建设为标准,以培养服务于中国区域经济发展需求的高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才为目标,以西安航空学院现代信息技术产业学院建设为例,针对集成电路产业链对应用型人才的能力需求,准确确立人才培养定位,改革现有人才培养模式,设计构建全新的课程体系,并且做好教材建设规划以及“双师双能型”师资队伍建设,促进教学内容与技术发展相统一、培养过程与生产过程相融合、培养目标与产业需求相适应,加快应用型本科院校的新工科建设步伐。

This paper takes the development and construction of new engineering as the standard,aimsat cultivating high-quality applied,composite and innovative talents serving the needs of China's regional economic development.Taking the construction of Modern Information Technology Industry College of Xi'an Aeronautical University as an example,this paper accurately establishes the orientation of talent training and reform the existing talent training mode according to the ability requirements of the integrated circuit industry chain for applied talents.The study designs and constructs a brand new curriculum system,and does a good job in constructing teaching materials and the construction of"dual-qualified and dual-capable"teachers,promotes the unity of teaching content and technology development,the integration of training process and production process,training objectives and industrial demand to promote the pace of new engineering construction in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
