基于分形心理学理论的研究生心理健康机制研究

研究生心理健康问题日渐突出,基于分形心理学理论框架的咨询技术将针对研究生心理教育的健康机制展开理论与实证研究。以分形心理学和复杂性系统科学作为理论背景,衍生出一种全新的分形心理学的咨询技术,其不但能够对现有的心理咨询技术进行理论的整合与技术的折中,解决已有咨询技术能够解决的问题,还能够对上述咨询技术无法有效解决的问题进行深入研究,比如对研究生的“隐形自我分裂”这一普遍性的心理问题提出更为全面和深入的理解。

The psychological health issues of graduate students in universities are becoming increasingly prominent,and consulting technology based on the theoretical framework of fractal psychology will conduct theoretical and empirical research on the health mechanism of graduate psychological education.Based on the theoretical background of fractal psychology and complexity systems science,a new consulting technology of fractal psychology has been derived.It not only integrates existing psychological consulting technologies in theory and compromises them,and solves problems that existing consulting technologies can solve,but also conducts in-depth research on problems that cannot be effectively solved by the aforementioned consulting technologies.For example,it proposes a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the universal psychological problem of"invisible self division"among graduate students in universities.
