国际传播视域下的二语写作能力培养

On developing L2 writing ability for effective international communication

百年未有之大变局下亟须加强国际传播能力建设。本文立足新时代语境,梳理国际传播的新需求,分析外语教育的新使命,探索二语写作的新功能,思考二语写作能力培养的新思路。笔者认为,为了实现讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,展示真实、立体、全面的中国的对外传播目标,外语人要具备能讲、善讲中国故事的国际传播能力,二语写作也要承担起讲述中国故事、传播中国文化、提升我国国际传播效果的社会政治功能。当下,二语写作要面向国家战略需求培养人才,在培养目标、课程体系、教学内容、教学评价、教材编写等方面均需加强。

In the era of profound changes,cultivating foreign language students’capacity for international communication is an urgent task.In the context of the new era,this article demonstrates new challenges and demands in international communication,analyzes the new missions of foreign language education,explores the new functions of second language(L2)writing,and offers new ideas about how to cultivate L2 writing ability.The authors believe that to achieve the goal of telling China’s stories well,having China’s voice heard,and presenting a true,multidimensional,and panoramic view of China,foreign language students must have the ability to tell and be good at telling China’s stories in international communication.In this process,L2 writing needs to undertake the socio-political functions of serving the goals of international communication. L2 writinginstruction needs to be strengthened in various aspects, including teaching objectives, course system, teachingcontent, evaluation, and textbook compilation.
