“一站式”二尖瓣钳夹术及左心耳封堵术治疗高龄心房颤动患者合并重度二尖瓣关闭不全1例

摘要 二尖瓣钳夹术MitraClip作为对高手术风险的重度二尖瓣反流患者安全有效的治疗措施[1],已在全球广泛应用,国内开展相对较晚。左心耳封堵术(left atrial appendage closure,LAAC)作为防治非瓣膜性心房颤动相关栓塞事件的重要措施在国内应用广泛,其效果和安全性已得到证实[2]。本文对高龄心房颤动合并重度二尖瓣关闭不全患者进行二尖瓣钳夹及左心耳封堵术“一站式”手术治疗进行报道,拟为相似患者的治疗提供参考。
