摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织肿瘤转移相关基因(MTA)1蛋白及转化生长因子(TGF)-β1蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法选择2019年8月至2021年7月于该院行乳腺癌根治术及淋巴结清扫术的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象,对所有患者均进行MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白检测。分析MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白在乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达情况,MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的病理特征的关系,以及乳腺癌组织中MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白间表达的相关性。结果乳腺癌组织中MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白阳性率高于正常乳腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同淋巴结转移情况患者的MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同人类表皮生长因子受体2表达情况的患者TGF-β1蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白在乳腺癌表达中呈负相关(r=-0.367,P=0.003)。结论乳腺癌中MTA1蛋白、TGF-β1蛋白的表达水平对判断患者病情具有重要作用,同时可为治疗方案制订提供有力依据,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of tumor metastasis related gene 1(MTA1)protein and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)protein in breast cancer.Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer treated by radical mastectomy and lymph node dissection in this hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects and conducted MTA1 protein and TGF-β1 protein detection.The expression situation of MTA1 protein and TGF-β1 protein in breast cancer and normal breast tissue,and the relationship between MTA1 protein and TGF-β1 protein expression with the pathological characteristics of breast cancer as well as the correlation between MTA1 protein and TGF-βprotein in breast cancer tissue were analyzed.Results The positive rate of MTA1 protein and TGF-β1 protein in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the normal breast tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of MTA1 protein and TGF-β1 protein had statistical difference among the patients with different lymph nodes metastasis(P<0.05).The TGF-β1 protein positive rate had statistical difference among the patients with different HER2 expression levels(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis showed that MTA1 protein was negatively correlated with TGF-β1 protein in breast cancer expression(r=-0.367,P=0.003).Conclusion The expression levels of MTA1 protein and TGF-β1 protein in breast cancer play important roles in judging the disease condition of the patients,meanwhile provide powerful basis for guiding the formulation of treatment plan,with high clinical application value.
