石氏伤科参蝎虫粉方联合腺苷钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of Shi’s traumatology Shen-Xie-Chong powder decoction combined with adenosylcobalamin on lumbar disc herniation

目的观察石氏伤科参蝎虫粉方联合腺苷钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2021年1—12月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院收治的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为虫粉组和对照组,每组31例。虫粉组给予腺苷钴胺片联合参蝎虫粉方治疗,对照组给予腺苷钴胺片联合莫比可片治疗,2组均治疗4周。分别在治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周及治疗结束12周记录患者VAS评分和ODI指数;治疗4周时结合尼莫地平法进行临床疗效评价。结果与治疗前相比,2组患者治疗2周、4周及治疗结束12周时的VAS评分、ODI指数均显著降低(P均<0.05),2组治疗2周、治疗结束12周时的VAS评分、ODI指数比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),虫粉组治疗4周时VAS评分、ODI指数均明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。虫粉组治疗总有效率为90.32%(28/31),对照组治疗总有效率为77.42%(24/31),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未见不良反应。结论参蝎虫粉方能有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可更快地改善患者腰椎活动功能和缓解患者疼痛。

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Shi’s traumatology Shen-Xie-Chong powder decoction combined with adenosylcobalamin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into insect powder group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The insect powder group was treated with adenosylcobalamin tablets combined with Shi's traumatology Shen-Xie-Chong powder decoction,and the control group was treated with adenosylcobalamin tablets combined with mupirocin tablets,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The VAS scores and ODI indexes of the patients in both group were evaluated and recorded before treatment,after treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks and at 12 weeks after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated according to Nimodipine method at the end of 4 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores and ODI indexes of the patients in the two groups were significantly reduced after 2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment and in 12 weeks after treatment(all P<0.05),the VAS score and ODI index after 4 weeks of treatment in the insect group were significantly lower than those at the same time in the control group(all P<0.05),the differences in the VAS score and ODI index after 2 weeks of treatment and in 12 weeks after treatment were not statistically significant between the two groups(all P>0.05).The total effective rate was 90.32%(28/31)in the insect powder group and 77.42%(24/31)in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Shi’s traumatology Shen-Xie-Chong powder decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can significantly improve the lumbar spine activity function and relieve pain of the patients.
