微创血肿穿刺联合脑室及腰大池引流治疗高血压性小脑出血破入脑室的疗效分析

Analysis on the effect of minimally invasive hematoma puncture combined with ventricle and lumbar cistern drainage in treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage rupture into ventricles

目的分析微创血肿穿刺联合脑室及腰大池引流治疗高血压性小脑出血破入脑室的疗效。方法选取贺州市中医医院高血压性小脑出血破入脑室患者30例,均采用术前CT定位,血肿穿刺联合脑室及腰大池引流治疗,观察患者血肿清除及恢复情况。结果30例患者中,恢复较好者22例,死亡1例,残疾7例。其中轻度残疾5例,重度残疾2例。结论微创血肿穿刺联合脑室及腰大池引流治疗高血压性小脑出血破入脑室能快速降低颅内压,加快血肿清除,重建脑脊液循环,改善预后。

Objective To analyse the effect of minimally invasive hematoma puncture combined with ventricle and lumbar cistern drainage in treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage rupture into ventricles.Methods Thirty patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage rupture into ventricles were selected from Hezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All the patients received preoperative computed tomography(CT)-guided hematoma puncture combined with ventricle and lumbar cistern drainage,and the hematoma clearance and recovery were observed.Results Among the 30 cases,22 cases had better recovery,and 1 case died and 7 cases were disabled,including 5 cases of mild disability and 2 cases of severe disability.Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma puncture combined with ventricle and lumbar cistern drainage can rapidly reduce intracranial pressure,accelerate the clearance of hematoma,reconstruct the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid and improve the prognosis in treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage rupture into ventricles.
