多发性肺结节非手术治疗的研究进展

Advances in non-operative treatments of multiple pulmonary nodules

肺癌是目前全球发病率和病死率较高的恶性肿瘤。人们越来越重视肺癌早期筛查。多发性肺结节(MPNs)与多原发肺癌(MPLC)关系密切。低剂量CT筛查肺癌发现,MPNs在人群中的检出率呈逐年增高趋势。目前MPNs治疗主要方式是手术切除,还有放射治疗、局部消融、分子靶向治疗、免疫治疗、化疗等非手术方式。该文对近年来MPNs非手术治疗的研究进展进行综述。

At present,lung cancer is a malignant tumor with relatively high morbidity and mortality in the world.People pay more and more attention to the early screening of lung cancer.Multiple pulmonary nodules(MPNs)are closely related to multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC).MPNs are usually found in low-dose computed tomography(LDCT)screening for lung cancer,and the detection rate of MPNs in the population increases year by year.Currently,the main treatment methods for MPNs are surgical resection and other non-operative treatment methods which include radiotherapy,local ablation,molecular targeted therapy,immunotherapy and chemotherapy.This paper reviews the research progress in the non-operative treatments of MPNs in recent years.
