保乳规范化综合治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of breast conserving standardized and comprehensive treatment for breast cancer

目的探讨保乳规范化综合治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年8月至2021年4月本院收治的80例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组行改良根治性手术治疗,观察组行保乳规范化综合治疗,比较两组围手术期指标、美容效果、术后并发症发生率、生命质量、预后效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,切口大小小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术美容优良率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组生理状况、情感状况、社会家庭症状、功能状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组局部复发率、远处转移率、生存率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论保乳规范化综合治疗乳腺癌疗效理想,不仅可维持乳房美观度,还有利于改善患者生命质量及预后效果,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of breast-conserving standardized and comprehensive treatment for breast can-cer.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified radical surgery,and the observation group was treated with breast-conserving standardized and comprehensive treat-ment,the perioperative indicators,cosmetic effects,postoperative complication rate,quality of life and prognostic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the incision size was smaller than that in the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 27.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of cosmetic surgery in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of physiological status,emotional status,social and family symptoms and functional status in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and survival rate between the two groups.Conclusion Breast-conserving standardized and comprehensive treatment of breast cancer curative ef-fect is ideal,which cannot only maintains the beauty of breasts,but also improve the quality of life and prognostic effect of patients,and has high safety.
