益髓升血丸治疗卵巢癌化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Yisui Shengxue pill in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy

目的探讨益髓升血丸防治卵巢癌化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月淄博市中医医院肿瘤科收治的40例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组予TC方案(紫杉醇+卡铂)化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服益髓升血丸,比较两组外周血象变化、骨髓抑制情况、血清粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平、重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)使用率及生命质量。结果两组WBC、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT)水平组间、时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),交互比较差异无统计学意义。组间比较:化疗前,两组WBC、NEUT水平比较差异无统计学意义;化疗第7、14、21天,观察组WBC、NEUT水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较:化疗第7、14、21天,两组WBC、NEUT水平均低于化疗前,但随着化疗时间延长,两组WBC、NEUT水平均逐渐升高(P<0.05)。两组PLT、Hb水平组间、时间、交互比较差异均无统计学意义。观察组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,观察组GM-CSF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组rhG-CSF使用率(10.0%)明显低于对照组(55.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分稳定率高于对照组,降低率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益髓升血丸能改善化疗患者外周血象、血清GM-CSF水平,有效减轻化疗后的骨髓抑制现象,提高患者的生命质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yisui Shengxue pill in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients with myelosuppres-sion after chemotherapy.Methods 40 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to Oncology department of Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received TC regimen(paclitaxel+carboplatin)chemotherapy,and the observation group received Yisui Shengxue pill on the basis of the control group,the changes of peripheral blood image,my-elosuppression,serum granulocyte-macrophage colonystimulating factor(GM-CSF)level,utilization rate of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in WBC and neutrophil absolute count(NEUT)levels between the two groups of group,time point(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in interaction between the two groups.Comparison between groups:before chemotherapy,there was no statistical significance in WBC and NEUT levels between the two groups;at the 7th,14th and 21st days of chemotherapy,WBC and NEUT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:at the 7th,14th and 21st day of chemotherapy,the WBC and NEUT levels of the two groups were lower than those before chemotherapy,but with the extension of chemotherapy time,the WBC and NEUT levels in the two groups gradually increased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PLT and Hb levels,be-tween the two groups of group,time points and interaction.The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the level of GM-CSF in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The utilization rate of rhG-CSF in the observation group(10.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(55.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stability rate of KPS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the reduction rate of Karnofsky performance status(KPS)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yisui Shengxue pill can improve the peripheral blood image and serum GM-CSF level of chemotherapy patients,can effectively alleviate the phenomenon of myelosuppression after chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
