不同剂量左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of different doses of levamlodipine in the treatment of hypertension

目的探讨不同剂量左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的疗效与安全性。方法选取2016年6月至2020年6月于本院就诊的120例高血压患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组给予2.5mg左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予5mg左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、肝肾功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后组内、组间的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GGT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)水平比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗后,两组尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)、血肌酐(SCr)及尿素氮(BUN)水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论5mg左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压效果更佳,可降低血压水平,改善肾脏功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of different doses of levamlodipine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A to-tal of 120 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given 2.5 mg levamlodipine treatment,and the observation group was given 5 mg levamlodipine treatment,the clinical efficacy,blood pressure,liver and renal function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the obser-vation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyl transpeptadase(γ-GGT),total protein(TP),albumin(Alb)and prealbumin(PA)before and after treatment of the two groups,within the group,between groups.After treatment,the levels of urine microalbumin(U-mAlb),serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the obser-vation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion 5 mg levamlodipine is more effective in the treatment of hypertension,can reduce blood pressure level,improve renal function,and has high safety.
