彩色多普勒超声检查在糖尿病下肢血管病变患者中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in diabetic patients with lower limb vascular disease

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在糖尿病下肢血管病变患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2021年3月本院收治的33例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者作为观察组,另选取同期本院33名健康体检者作为对照组。两组均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组不同扫描位置血管内径、中膜厚度、血液流速、血流流量及下肢血管病变检出率。结果观察组足背动脉、胫后动脉、腘动脉、股动脉的血管内径均短于对照组,中膜厚度均厚于对照组,血液流速均慢于对照组,血流流量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下肢血管病变检出率为75.76%,高于对照组的36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查糖尿病下肢血管病变,可有效诊断患者病变部位,提升疾病检出率,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in diabetes patients with lower limb vascular disease.Methods 33 diabetes patients with lower limb vascular disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 33 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the blood vessel diameter,media thickness,blood flow velocity,blood flow at different scanning locations and the detection rate of lower extremity vascular lesions were compared between the two groups.Results The internal diameter of the dorsal foot artery,posterior tibial artery,popliteal artery and femoral artery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the thickness of the medial membrane was thicker than that in the control group,the blood flow velocity was slower than that in the control group,and the blood flow was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of lower extremity vascular lesions in the observation group was 75.76%,which was higher than 36.36%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination of diabetes patients with lower limb vascular disease can effectively diagnose the location,improve the detection rate of the disease,and has high diagnostic value.
