摘要
目的探讨不同年龄段近视儿童配戴角膜塑型镜治疗的效果。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月于铁岭爱尔眼科医院眼科门诊拟行角膜塑形镜治疗的341例近视儿童作为研究对象,根据就诊当日年龄(以11岁为截点)分为A组(8~11岁,n=146)和B组(>11~12岁,n=195)。两组均采用配戴角膜塑型镜治疗,比较两组治疗前后裸眼远视力、眼轴长度、等效屈光度及不良反应发生情况。结果A组裸眼远视力≥1.0比例高于B组,裸眼远视力0.6~0.9比例明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眼轴长度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1年后,两组眼轴长度均长于治疗前,但A组短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组等效屈光度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组等效屈光度均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论角膜塑形镜在8~11岁近视儿童中效果更好,可提高裸眼远视力,缩短眼轴长度,降低等效屈光度,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of orthokeratography lens on children with myopia at different ages.Methods 341 myopic chil-dren who were to receive orthokeratology lenses treatment in the department of Ophthalmology of Aier Eye Hospital(Tieling)from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into group A(8-11 years old,n=146)and group B(>11-12 years old,n=195)according to the age on the day of treatment(with 11 years old as the cut-off point).Both groups were treated with orthokeratology lenses,the naked eye far visual acuity,length of the eye axis,equivalent diopter before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results The proportion of naked eye far visual acuity≥1.0 in the group A was higher than that in the group B,and the proportion of naked eye far visual acuity 0.6-0.9 was significantly lower than that in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the length of the eye axis between the two groups;after 1 year of treatment,the length of the eye axis of the two groups were longer than that before treatment,but the group A was shorter than the group B,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in equivalent diopter between the two groups;after treatment,the equiva-lent diopter of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the group A was significantly lower than the group B,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Ortho-keratology is more effective in 8-11 years old myopic children,which can improve the naked eye far vision,shorten the length of the eye axis,reduce the equivalent diopter,and has high safety.
