抗白细胞介素-17生物制剂对银屑病患者临床疗效与自主神经功能及安全性的影响研究

Effect of anti interleukin-17 biological preparation on the clinical efficacy, autonomic nervous function and safety of patients with psoriasis

目的探讨抗白细胞介素-17(IL-17)生物制剂对银屑病患者临床疗效、自主神经功能及安全性的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月本院收治的78例银屑病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=38)与实验组(n=40)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,实验组给予抗IL-17生物制剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、安全性及自主神经功能恢复情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前,两组自主神经功能异常占比比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组自主神经功能异常占比均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗IL-17生物制剂治疗银屑病患者效果显著,可改善患者自主神经功能,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of anti interleukin-17(IL-17)biological preparation on the clinical efficacy,autonomic nervous func-tion and safety of patients with psoriasis.Methods 78 psoriasis patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were se-lected as the research subjects,and they were divide into the control group(n=38)and the experimental group(n=40)according to the random num-ber table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with anti IL-17 biologi-cal preparation,the clinical efficacy,safety and recovery of autonomic nervous function were compared between the two groups.Results The total ef-fective rate in the experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than 73.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was no statistically significant between the two groups.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the proportion of autonomic dysfunction between the two groups;after treatment,the percentage of autonomic nervous dysfunction of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the experimen-tal group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti IL-17 biological prepara-tion has significant effect in the treatment of psoriasis patients,can improve the autonomic nervous function of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions,has high safety.
