中医护理在骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折中的应用疗效评价

Effect evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture

目的分析中医护理在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6—12月本院收治的106例OVCF术后患者作为研究对象,根据护理的方法不同分为为实验组与参照组,各53例。参照组采用常规护理,实验组在参照组基础上采用中医护理,比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、并发症发生率及住院时间。结果实验组VAS、ODI评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为1.89%,明显低于参照组的15.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间为(7.16±1.54)d,明显短于参照组的(10.85±2.64)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理可有效缓解OVCF术后患者疼痛程度,改善患者脊柱功能障碍,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 106 patients with OVCF in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 53 cases in each group.The reference group were given routine nurs-ing,and the experimental group were given TCM nursing on the basis of the reference group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry dabili-ty index(ODI)score,incidence of complications and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score and ODI score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1.89%,which was lower than 15.09%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in experimental group was([7.16±1.54]d),which was significantly shorter than([10.85±2.64]d)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing can effectively relieve the pain of OVCF patients,improve dysfunction,reduce complications and shorten the treatment time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap-plication.
