双氯芬酸钠滴眼液辅助治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of diclofenac sodium eye drops in the auxiliary treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

目的探讨双氯芬酸钠滴眼液辅助治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月本院收治的66例过敏性结膜炎患者(共132只眼)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例(66只眼)。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予双氯芬酸钠滴眼液辅助治疗。比较两组症状积分、体征积分、泪膜稳定性及泪液相关指标。结果治疗后,两组异物感、流泪、烧灼感及眼痒症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组结膜水肿、结膜充血、眼睑水肿及结膜乳头与滤泡增生体征积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)值均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgE、透明质酸(HA)、嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠滴眼液辅助治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效显著,可有效患者减轻症状及体征,提高泪膜稳定性,改善泪液分泌情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of diclofenac sodium eye drops in the auxiliary treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 66 patients(132 eyes)with allergic conjunctivitis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases(66 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine,while the observation group was treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops on the basis of the control group,the symptom score,sign score,tear film stability,and tear related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of foreign body sensation,tearing,burning sensation,and eye itching symptoms of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sign scores of conjunctival edema,conjunctival congestion,eyelid edema,and conjunctival papilla and follicular hyperplasia of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear film rupture time(BUT)and tear secretion test(SⅠt)values of the two groups were longer than before treat-ment,and the observation group was longer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgE,hyaluronic acid(HA),and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium eye drops have significant ther-apeutic effect in the auxiliary treatment of allergic conjunctivitis,which can effectively alleviate symptoms and signs,improve tear film stability,and improve tear secretion in patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
