针灸联合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on postherpetic neuralgia

目的探讨针灸联合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月本院接诊的64例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用针灸联合中药治疗,比较两组疼痛改善效果、睡眠质量改善效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疼痛改善总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量改善总有效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸疗法联合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,改善睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 64 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjecs,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine,the effect of pain improvement,sleep quality improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of pain improvement in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 71.88%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improving sleep quality in the observation group was 90.63%,which was signifi-cantly higher than 68.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine has remarkable effect on postherpetic neuralgia,can effectively relieve the patient's pain symptoms,improve the quality of sleep,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
