高原边防官兵到平原疗养激素及心肌酶变化分析

Analysis of changes in hormones and myocardial enzymes of high-altitude border defence officers and soldiers going to the plain for recuperation

目的对高原专项疗养员部分激素及心肌酶进行检测分析,为高原部队官兵的疾病防控提供参考。方法针对2021年6月到大连康复疗养中心疗养的33例高原专项疗养员进行健康体检,检测皮质醇(CORT)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、甲状腺功能及心肌酶谱,并分析各指标之间的相关性。结果CORT异常率为21.21%(7/33);ACTH、心肌酶异常率均为9.09%(3/33);甲状腺功能异常率均为12.12%(4/33);存在睡眠问题的占39.39%(13/33)。经相关性分析,CORT与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)呈负相关,与ACTH呈正相关;ACTH与甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)呈正相关。经过1个月康复疗养,大部分指标降低,三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)疗养前后数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睡眠状况普遍得到改善。结论应高度重视高原部队官兵健康状况,定期进行健康体检,尤其关注一些激素及心脏相关指标的变化,尽早采取有力措施,充分发挥康复疗养中心职能作用,全方位维护高原部队战斗力。

Objective To detect and analyze some hormones and myocardial enzymes in high-altitude special recuperators,providing reference for disease prevention and control of high-altitude military officers and soldiers.Methods A health examination was conducted on 33 high-altitude special recuperators who went to Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center for convalescence in June 2021.Cortisol(CORT),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),thyroid function,and myocardial enzyme spectrum were tested,and the correlation between various indicators was analyzed.Results The abnormal rate of CORT was 21.21%(7/33);The abnormal rates of ACTH and myocardial enzymes were 9.09%(3/33);The abnormal rate of thyroid function was 12.12%(4/33);39.39%(13/33)had sleep problems.According to correlation analysis,CORT was negatively correlated with lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase(CK),positively correlated with ACTH,and ACTH was positively correlated with thyroglobulin antibody(TG-Ab).After one month of rehabilitation and recuperation,most indicators decreased.The data of triiodothyronine(T3),free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroxine(T4),free thyroxine(FT4)andα-Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)showed statistically significant differences before and after convalescence(P<0.05),and sleep conditions were generally improved.Conclusion We should attach great importance to the health status of officers and soldiers in high-altitude troops,conduct regular health examinations,pay special attention to changes in some hormones and heart related indicators,take effective measures as soon as possible,fully play the role of rehabilitation and recuperation centers,and comprehensively maintain the combat effectiveness of high-altitude troops.
