双嘧达莫联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗肾病综合征患儿的效果观察

Effect of Dipyridamole Combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablets in the Treatment of Children with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:探讨双嘧达莫联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗肾病综合征(NS)患儿的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月~2021年10月期间某院收治的102例NS患儿作为研究对象,根据双盲法分为对照组与观察组,每组51例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用醋酸泼尼松片,观察组在对照组基础上加用双嘧达莫片。比较两组患者临床症状情况、肾功能指标[血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白]、凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)]及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组尿量增加时间、水肿消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组APTT、PT均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患儿皮疹、恶心、呕吐及食欲不振等不良反应的总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:双嘧达莫联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗可有效缓解NS患儿的临床症状,改善其肾功能及凝血功能,且未增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of dipyridamole combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods:A total of 102 children with NS admitted to a certain hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the double-blind method,with 51 patients in each group.Conventional treatment was given to both groups.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets in addition to the conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with dipyridamole tablets in addition to the treatment given in the control group.The clinical symptoms,renal function measures[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urine protein],coagulation function parameters[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)]and occurrence of treatment-emergent adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the time of both increased urine volume and edema resolution were shorter in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Scr,BUN and 24-hour urine protein in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were lower in the observation group as compared with the control group(P<0.05).APTT and PT in both groups were increased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were increased in the observation group as compared with the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions in children such as rash,nausea,vomiting and inappetence,between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dipyridamole combined with prednisone acetate tablets can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of NS in children,and improve the renal function and coagulation function,without associated adverse reactions.
