621例炎琥宁致儿童药品不良反应的报告分析

Analysis on 621 Reported Adverse Reactions in Children Caused by Yanhuning

目的:探讨炎琥宁致儿童药品不良反应(ADR)的用药特点及相关影响因素,为儿童临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集2021~2022年云南省炎琥宁致儿童发生ADR的报告621例进行统计分析。结果:在621例儿童患儿中,6岁以下低龄儿童ADR发生率最高,为67.79%;有70.93%的患儿原患疾病与炎琥宁的适应症不符;发生时间以首次用药30min内为主;主要累及系统-器官为皮肤及其附件,临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒为主;药物相互作用可能会增加不良反应的发生。结论:临床用药期间,医护人员应加强炎琥宁致儿童ADR的预防和监测,密切监测和防范用药期间的临床ADR的发生,保障儿童临床用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of adverse reactions(ADR)experienced by 621 children caused by Yanhuning and the related risk factors of these adverse reactions,so as to provide reference for safe clinical medication for children.Methods:Among the 621 children,the incidence of ADR in children under 6 years old was the highest(67.69%).In 70.93%of the children,the primary disease was inconsistent with the indication of Yanhuning.ADR mostly occurred within 30 minutes.Mainly involving system-organs for skin and accessories,the main clinical manifestations of rash,itching.Drug interactions may increase ADR.Conclusion:During clinical administration,medical staff should strengthen the prevention and monitoring of pediatric ADR caused by Yanhuning,closely monitor the clinical reaction during administration,prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions,and ensure the safety of clinical administration in children.
