区域协调发展视域下山西中部城市群高质量发展研究

Research on the High-quality Development of Urban Agglomeration in Central Shanxi Province from the Perspective of Regional Coordinated Development

实施区域协调发展战略,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和基本方略的重要组成部分,是贯彻新发展理念、建设现代化经济体系的重要内容,是新时代推动我国区域发展的总体战略部署。山西中部城市群发展是构建全省“一群两区三圈”城乡区域协调发展新布局的核心抓手,是贯彻实施区域协调发展战略的重大实践,对引领全省现代化建设、全方位推动高质量发展意义重大。要全面贯彻落实党的二十大提出的“促进区域协调发展,深入实施区域协调发展战略、区域重大战略、新型城镇化战略,主动服务和融入新发展格局”,瞄准多维度发展目标和多跨度区域定位,切实加强协同合作,把地理位置临近的“一群”城市真正变成有机联系的“城市群”。加快建设中部地区先进制造业基地和数字经济创新发展新高地,使山西中部城市群在同步推进“两个转型”上取得更大突破。

Implementing the strategy of coordinated regional development is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and its basic strategy,an important part of implementing the new development philosophy and building a modern economic system,and an overall strategic deployment to promote China′s regional development in the new era.The development of urban agglomeration in central Shanxi is the key to building a new layout of coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions in the whole province′s"one group,two districts,three circles".It is a major practice of implementing the strategy of coordinated regional development,and is of great significance to leading the modernization of the province and promoting high-quality development in an all-round way.We should fully implement the"promote coordinated regional development,deeply implement coordinated regional development strategy,major regional strategy,new urbanization strategy,and actively serve and integrate into the new development pattern"proposed at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,aim at multi-dimensional development goals and multi-span regional positioning,effectively strengthen coordination and cooperation,and truly turn"a group of"cities with close geographical locations into an organic"city group".We should accelerate the construction of advanced manufacturing base and new highland for innovation and development of digital economy in the central region,so as to make the urban agglomeration of central Shanxi Province achieve greater breakthroughs in the simultaneous promotion of"two transformations".
