粤港澳大湾区应用型高校金融教学合作探索与展望

粤港澳大湾区有志于成为具有影响力的世界级金融枢纽,为此大湾区对各层次金融人才有着强劲的需求。除了需要熟悉高精尖金融业务的行业精英,还需要众多从事基础金融业务的金融从业者,以夯实大湾区的金融根基,从根本上提升大湾区的金融水平。随着国家对应用型高校建设的重视,粤港澳三地可开展应用型高校层面金融教学合作的尝试,为大湾区培养大批熟悉三地金融业务的基层金融从业者,助力粤港澳大湾区的金融全方位融合,形成强大的合力问鼎国际金融市场。此举也有利于提升应用型高校的社会认可度,彰显广东地区应用型高校的大湾区特色。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)is committed to becoming a world-class financial hub with great influence.Therefore,GBA has always had a strong demand for financial talents at all levels.Except for industry elites who are familiar with sophisticated financial business,GBA also needs a large number of financial practitioners engaged in basic financial operation.These basic financial workers can consolidate the financial foundation of GBA,and fundamentally upgrade the financial level of GBA.As China attaches importance to the construction of application-oriented universities,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao can attempt to carry out financial teaching cooperation in applied universities,thus to cultivate a large number of grass-roots financial practitioners familiar with the financial business of above zones.This measure is helpful to provide assistance for the all-round financial integration in GBA,and then promote GBA to top the international financial market.Also this can improve the social recognition of GBA′s applied universities,and highlight the unique characteristic of GBA among Guangdong′s applied universities.
