摘要
目的探讨改良亚甲蓝染色法检测幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的病理诊断价值。方法选取2022年10月至12月深圳市盐田区人民医院病理科存档Hp阳性患者胃黏膜活检标本30例,通过缩短亚甲蓝染色时间及稀释其浓度的方法检测Hp的感染情况,分析各方法Hp染色结果的差异。结果Hp染色结果显示,对照组Hp检出率100%,部分腺腔中Hp无法检出,腺体细胞核染色不清晰;实验组1、实验组2和实验组3检出率与对照组一致,但实验组1在Hp感染程度检测上最为精准,腺体细胞核染色清晰度也最高。结论缩短亚甲蓝染色液孵育时间为10 s的Hp染色方法能准确判断Hp的感染程度,并且对周围腺体细胞核也能清晰显示,有助于做出精准的病理诊断。
Objective To explore the pathological diagnostic value of the improved methylene blue staining method for detecting Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Thirty biopsy specimens of Gastric mucosa from Hp-positive patients on file in the Pathology Department of Yantian District People′s Hospital in Shenzhen were selected from October to December 2022.The infection of Helicobacter pylori was detected by shortening the Methylene blue staining time and diluting its concentration,and the difference in Hp staining results of each method was analyzed.Results The results of Hp staining showed that the detection rate of Hp in the control group was 100%,Hp could not be detected in some gland cavities,and the staining of gland nuclei was not clear;the detection rate of experiment group 1,experiment group 2 and experiment group 3 was the same as that of the control group,but experiment group 1 was the most accurate in detecting the degree of Hp infection,and the clarity of gland nucleus staining was also the highest.Conclusion The Hp staining method,which shortens the incubation time of methylene blue staining solution to 10 seconds,can accurately judge the degree of Hp infection,and can also clearly show the nucleus of surrounding glands,which is helpful to make accurate pathological diagnosis.
