数字化转型影响效应的研究综述

A Review of the Impact of Digital Transformation

随着数字技术的快速发展和普及应用,数字技术和实体经济逐渐融合,企业顺应时代发展潮流,纷纷开展数字化转型,数字经济的规模持续扩大,与数字化转型相关的影响效应研究也日趋丰富。本文基于数字化转型对全要素生产率、交易成本、信息传递、创新、就业、融资约束等六个方面的影响效应及其作用机制进行梳理总结,分析数字化转型带来的积极作用和消极影响。研究发现,数字化转型给当下带来的很大挑战就是不确定性,数字化转型能够提高全要素生产率、降低交易成本、促进信息传递、提高创新、促进就业、缓解融资约束,但也可能带来失业风险和就业极化。本文重点关注的数字化转型影响研究中积极因素多于消极因素,但还有很多其他影响尚未深入讨论,如个人隐私保护、信息茧房、算法决策等问题,未来还有进一步拓展的空间。

With the rapid development and widespread application of digital technologies,digital technologies and the real economy are gradually converging.Enterprises have embarked on digital transformation in line with the development trends of the times,and the scale of the digital economy continues to expand.Research on the impact of digital transformation has also become increasingly abundant.This paper summarizes and reviews the impact and mechanisms of digital transformation on total factor productivity,transaction costs,information transmission,innovation,employment,financing constraints and other six aspects.It analyzes the positive effects and negative impacts brought about by digital transformation.The research finds that a major challenge posed by digital transformation today is uncertainty.Digital transformation can increase total factor productivity,reduce transaction costs,promote information transmission,increase innovation,promote employment,and alleviate financing constraints,but it may also lead to unemployment risks and employment polarization.The positive factors examined in this paper's focused research on the impact of digital transformation outweigh the negative factors,but many other impacts have not been thoroughly discussed,such as personal privacy protection,filter bubbles,algorithmic decision-making,etc.There is still room for further expansion in the future.
