摘要
隔热材料的组成对非膨胀型防火涂料的界面粘结性能、耐火性能和强度影响显著。通过正交试验研究了4种隔热材料(膨胀蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石和空心漂珠)的不同掺量组合对水泥基防火涂层的力学性能和耐火性能的影响。综合考虑防火涂料的抗压强度、粘结强度和耐火时间,最佳水平组合为:膨胀蛭石20 g+膨胀珍珠岩15 g+海泡石5 g+空心漂珠15 g。在此基础上研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对涂料抗折性能的影响和作用机理。当PVA纤维长度为12 mm,掺量为胶凝材料质量的1.5%时,掺PVA纤维涂层的抗折强度比无PVA纤维涂层提升了36.7%。
The composition of thermal insulating materials has a significant impact on the interfacial adhesion,fire resistance,and strength of non-intumescent fire-retardant coatings.The effects of the dosages of four thermal insulating materials i.e.expanded vermiculite,expanded perlite,sepiolite,and hollow floating beads on the mechanical properties and fire resistance of a cement-based fire-retardant coating were studied by orthogonal test.Considering the compressive strength,adhesion strength,and fire resistance of the fire-retardant coating,the optimal combination of the thermal insulating materials was determined as follows:expanded vermiculite 20 g,expanded perlite 15 g,sepiolite 5 g,and hollow floating beads 15 g.On this basis,the influence and mechanism of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber on the flexural property of the coating were studied.The flexural strength of the coating doped with 1.5%(with respect to the mass of cementitious material)of PVA fibers with a length of 12 mm was 36.7% higher than that of the PVA fibers-free coating.
