摘要
采用广义状态空间平均(GSSA)方法,建立了传统反激变换器的数学建模。理论分析、仿真分析和设计实现了基于混合反激控制器XDPS2201与同步整流控制器IR11672AS的谐振软开关(ZVS)非对称半桥混合反激开关电源,并采用模拟控制器ICE3PCS03G实现网侧功率因数校正。主要电气参数:单相交流电源输入,直流电压48V输出,输出功率600W,整机峰值效率高于94%,输入功率因数0.99以上。
Based on the generalized state space average(GSSA)method,the mathematical modeling of the traditional flyback converter is established.Theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and design of the resonant soft switch(ZvS)asymmetrical half-bridge hybrid flyback power supply based on hybrid flyback controller XDps2201 and synchronous rectifier controller IR11672AS are implemented.Analog controller ICE3PCS03G is used to realize power factor correction at the network side.Main electrical parameters:single-phase AC power input,DC voltage output 48V,output power 60oW,the machine peak efficiency is higher than 94%,input power factor is higher than 0.99.
