高压变频器在高速永磁同步离心式冷水机组的应用

摘要 高速永磁离心式冷水机组作为一种高效的制冷设备,其中压缩机采用的高速永磁同步电机驱动,凭借体积小、噪音低、高效节能、调节范围广等优势,成功应用于工商业生产。采用高性能无位置传感器磁场定向控制技术的永磁同步电机变频器,解决了高速永磁同步电机带来的启动不稳定、高速易振动等难题,具有控制可靠、运行转速稳定等优点。 As an efficient refrigeration equipment,the high-speed permanent magnet centrifugal chiller is driven by a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor as its compressor.It has the advantages of small size,low noise,high efficiency,energy conservation,and wide adjustment range,and is widely used in industrial and commercial production fields.In order to solve the problems of unstable starting and high speed vibration caused by high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors,high-performance sensorless magnetic field oriented control technology is adopted for the permanent magnet synchronous motor frequency converter.This frequency converter has the advantages of reliable control and stableoperating speed.
