双护盾TBM在杭州输水通道中的应用与实践

摘要 为解决双护盾全断面岩石掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM)在输水通道施工中遇到的穿越构筑物、断层破碎带以及硬岩地层中掘进等施工难题,本文以杭州某输水通道工程为例,研究双护盾TBM在硬岩地层中掘进、穿越构筑物及断层破碎带等施工技术。提出了基于双护盾TBM研发、刀盘优化和掘进参数控制的双护盾TBM硬岩掘进技术。通过超前地质预报提前探测前方围岩情况、完善施工排水系统、合理控制TBM掘进参数的双护盾TBM穿越断层破碎带施工技术和通过采取注浆加固、刀盘扩挖、控制掘进参数的双护盾TBM下穿构筑物关键技术,保证了华东地区首台双护盾TBM的顺利施工。 In order to solve the construction problems encountered by double shield TBM in the construction of water conveyance channel,such as crossing structures,fault fracture zone and tunneling in hard rock stratum,taking a water conveyance channel project in Hangzhou as an example,the construction technology of double shield TBM crossing hard rocks,structures and fault fracture zone was studied,and the double shield TBM hard rock excavation technology including double shield TBM research and development,cutter head optimization and excavation parameter control,the construction technology of double shield TBM crossing fault fracture zone including advanced geological prediction,improving construction drainage system and reasonably controlling TBM excavation parameters,and the construction technology of double shield TBM undercrossing structure including grouting reinforcement,cutter head expansion and the control of the tunneling parameters were proposed.The innovative application of these construction technologies successfully ensured the smooth construction of the first double shield TBM in East China.
