基于膜系理论探究疫病的防治

Exploration on the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases based on the membrane system theory

摘要 文章梳理古代文献及现代医学对于膜系的认识,完善膜系理论,基于膜系理论探究疫病的发生发展,为疫病的防治提供理论依据。膜系分为外通性膜系和内通性膜系。外通性膜系直接与外界相通,包括呼吸道、消化道、泌尿生殖道的黏膜等,具有屏障保护的功能,是疫病的主要感邪部位。内通性膜系不与外界直接相通,主要包括筋膜、胸膜、腹膜、脏腑被膜等,具有输达布散功能,与疫病的传变密切相关。膜系的状态和功能影响着疫病的发病与传变,通过使用芳香辟秽药物等方法改善、恢复膜系的状态和功能,对于防治疫病具有重要意义。 Collation of historic understanding of membrane system in traditional Chinese medicine ancient literature and modern medicine is made to develop the membrane system theory.Exploration of epidemic diseases'pathogenesis based on the theory can provide theoretical foundation for the the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.The membrane system can be divided into two categories:the external ones and the internal ones.The external membrane system is directly open to the environment,such as the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract,digestive tract and urogenital tract.The external membrane system has the function of barrier protection and is the main infection site of the epidemic diseases.The internal membrane system is not directly open to the external environment,such as fascia,pleura,peritoneum,viscera capsule,and so on.The internal membrane system has the function of transportation and connectivity,which is closely related to the evolution of condition of epidemic diseases patients.The function of membrane system plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.Aromatic drugs can be used to regulate the function of membrane system.
