基于圆理论的对应取穴法探析

Study on the corresponding acupoint selection method based on circle theory

对应取穴有良好的治疗作用,但取穴的规律性需要进一步的认识。笔者根据“巨刺”“缪刺”古代刺法,结合前人“圆运动”理论和对应取穴思路及个人临床经验,绘制对应取穴同心圆,形成四个同心圆(对应环):手-足-头(尾);腕-踝-颈;肘-膝-剑突;肩-髋-会阴。通过基于圆理论的对应取穴法可缩小取穴范围,提高穴位选择的目的性,并能拓展身体部位的对应治疗功能,为临床提供帮助。

Corresponding acupoint selection has a good therapeutic effect,but the regularity of acupoint selection needs further understanding.Based on the ancient acupuncture methods of juci'and'miuci',combined with the predecessors circular motion theory and corresponding acupoint selection ideas and personal clinical experience,the author drew the corresponding concentric circles for acupoint selection and formed four concentric circles(corresponding rings):hand-foot-head(tail);wristankle-neck;elbow-knee-xiphoid process;shoulder-hip-perineum.The corresponding acupoint selection method based on the circle theory can narrow the range of acupoint selection,improve the purpose of acupuncture point selection,and expand the corresponding therapeutic function of body parts,to provide clinical help.
