《伤寒论》以脉定位辨证理论探微

通过对《伤寒论》有关脉学原文进行客观全面的探析,总结张仲景以脉判断病位的经验。文章指出张仲景非常重视脉诊价值,且擅长以脉论机,判析病证的诸多信息,如定位、定性、定量和定势等。其中尤其擅于以脉判断病证部位,包括以脉判断表里病位,以脉判断上下病位,以脉进行六经与脏腑定位,以及运用趺阳脉和少阴脉判断病位等。这些理论对于临床辨证定位具有直接的借鉴意义,对于《伤寒论》脉学理论和中医学辨证理论的研用,以及临床使药至病所而提高疗效均具有重要的指导价值。

Through to the Treatise on Febrile Disease relevant sphygmology the original objective and comprehensive analysis to summarize the experiences of ZHANG Zhongjing to judge the disease location by pulse.It is pointed out that ZHANG Zhongjing attached great importance to the value of pulse diagnosis,and was good at analyzing many information of disease syndrome with pulse,such as location,qualitative,quantitative and setting,etc.,especially good at judging the location of disease syndrome by pulse,including judging the location of superficial and internal disease by pulse,the position of upper and lower disease by pulse,positioning the six channels and zang-fu organs with the pulse,and using the Fuyang pulse and Shaoyin pulse to judge the position of disease.These theories have direct reference significance for clinical syndrome differentiation localization.It has important guiding value for the research and application of the theory of pulse theory and syndrome differentiation theory of traditional Chinese medicine in Treatise on Febrile diseases,as well as improving the curative effect by bringing medicine to the placeof diseasein clinic.
